Best hotel in Dubai. This review is for those people who care about quality and detail I want to say thanks to the hotel manager and all friendly staff that work really hard professionally and care about their guests The hotel location is grand and we were exactly in front of of future museum and it was hard for us to go out and leave this amazing view of the hotel The room was very clean and comfortable and also very silent. The breakfast was amazing high quality. To the hotel manager Form now I want to say a word to the hotel manager there is amazing man at the resection that from the starting point of our arrival to the check out time really helps us professionally and friendly and make that staying for us as one of our greatest memories in our life , his name is Mr Sajed and I never forget that man , the hotel should be proud of him and let the other staff to learn how a man could be professional and kind. Please say my best regards to him and all hotel staff. .

Very disappointing experience not recommended at ALL. My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment we checked in, nothing met basic expectations. The air conditioning in the first room was not working at all, forcing us to request a room change. The second room’s AC was slightly better, but still far below acceptable standards and nowhere near what one would expect from a hotel in Dubai. The duty manager, Sajid (an Egyptian gentleman), was one of the worst managers I have ever dealt with. He instructed us to leave our luggage, assuring us that it would be shifted to the new room while we were out. When we returned, nothing had been moved. Instead of doing his job, he simply left a note for the night duty manager, showing complete irresponsibility and lack of professionalism. To make matters worse, the second duty manager Ram on 26 December was even worse than Sajid. He did not even bother to come and speak to us, despite the ongoing issues. This level of disregard for guests is unacceptable. The entire hotel atmosphere makes you feel unwelcome. There is no hospitality, no accountability, and no effort to resolve problems. Other than the location, everything about this hotel is bad—service, management, comfort, and overall experience. Honestly, I feel that this hotel damages Dubai’s reputation as a tourism destination. I strongly believe the authorities should take action, as places like this negatively impact the image of Dubai’s hospitality industry. I would never stay here again and do not recommend this hotel to anyone.. .

Very Good location. Good and centrally located but rooms are bit dated. Bed provided was too small, even smaller than the queen size. Overall it was a good experience.. .

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here! Not a 5 star hotel at all!. Staff were helpful and location was good, but everything else wasn’t very good. The rooms are very dated and the bathroom had leaks shower wasn’t very good and the breakfast was also not very good, the pastry’s were not fresh. Did not feel like a 5 star hotel at all!. .

Excellent Hotel with good location and competitive room tarrif. Located in prime area where most of the sites Burj Khalifa Dubai Frame Gold Souk are near by and Museum of Future is just in front of Hotel on opposite side of road. Metro station at walking distance. Hotel atmosphere is very lively inside and outside. Rooms are big neat and clean with all necessary amenities. Tariff is very competitive. Any call given to reception was addressed very quickly. Enjoyed the breakfast Indian dishes were available. Would just suggest to add “Masala Tea” in the menu , many don’t know that its very popular in India and is fast catching up worldwide. The omelette cooking person was very fast polite and quick in preparing what ever who ever ordered. Excellent hospitality Millenium Hotel and Team. Mr Raman at reception listened to my feedback in very positive manner maintaining the professional approach.. .

An amazing stay. Excellent on everything, from breakfast to its location and hotel facilities. It was an amazing stay, we used the swimming pool and we enjoyed its breathtaking view to future museum. Also we had an amazing view to both Burj Alkhalifa and museum from our room. Thanks to all people who were working in hotel which were so friendly and kind.. .

A short but memorable getaway. Very centrally located hotel, with quiet and opulent rooms. From the Reception to the restaurants, the Concierge and Housekeeping, staff were welcoming and warm, adding to the charm.. .
